Cozy Austria is the ninth on the list. Austrians get lower income than the Britons do. However, Austrians pay lower rent than their EU neighbors do. That's why Glassdoоr included Austria in this list.

Extraordinary Ireland is on the eighth line. The Irish's average income is quite high. Additionally, the country's citizens show efficient level of purchasing power, almost the same as in Switzerland.

Norway is on the seventh line.

Living in the Fjord Country is quite expensive – an ordinary hamburger costs about 500 rubles. However, experience has proven that the more expensive life is, the higher salary people get. The Norwegian's average income is $70 – 80 K, and the biggest part of it is paid for rent and food.

Switzerland is the leader on the list. The people of this country are the richest Europeans. Every Swiss can afford to buy twice as much as a New Yorker, Glassdoor noted.
